Nice Stay

helpful staff comfortable igloo

The staffs were quite helpful. They immediately helped with luggage upon arrival. The igloo stay was comfortable, matching the pictures displayed online. A complimentary chocolate drink was a nice touch because I am not a coffee drinker.

Some activities were unavailable, and shops are quite far away. Rooms were dusty, something I noticed when closing the curtains. The finish inside the room looked cheap. It didn't feel professional.

The Kammi Glass Igloo Suite included a kitchenette and a comfortable double bed under a sky view. The room also has chocolate powder as a complimentary beverage, a nice touch not drinking coffee.

The staffs are always smiling and very friendly. They assisted with luggage and taxi service. They helped solve issues promptly before my arrival, answering all my questions and giving perfect solutions.

fantastic stay!

snowmobile tour delicious salmon nordic dishes

The hotel offered several activities. I found the snowmobile tour exhilarating! the kota restaurant served delicious salmon. breakfast had diverse options including nordic dishes. The chocolate fountain was a sweet surprise.

The snow outfits felt slightly used. I hoped for fresher options.
